When Mongols push with the Kurultai, avoid fighting near the Kurultai as much as possible.
Fire Lancers die quickly to archers boosted by the Kurultai bonus damage.
With the Kurultai, a single Keshik is roughly even to a Fire Lancer.
Nest of Bees shots are ineffective without follow-up because the Kurultai's passive healing will restore the damage.
If the Deer Stones is too far forward, you can put a horseman on it to prevent it from deploying again.
