How to beatOttomansas Golden Horde

One of the issues with the Ottomans is that military schools take time to really get leveraged. They produce units very slowly, so they get better as things go on. But initially, it's a big investment that is slow to return its cost. So you want to play slower, and this perhaps gives early momentum to the Golden Horde.

I feel like the Keshik, the Khan, and specifically Batu Khan, these three units offer enough against Sipahi early game that you can get out of that scary spot and get into a state where you have enough other traditional counter units like spears to actually get through them.
