Angevin Empires will unlock the heavy spearman. It's quite the unit because it's going to be able to tank a lot of fire from archers while still being a very strong front line against camel lancers.

We also have the option for the Chevalier, the French knights there with the Knights Templar, but up against the Ayyubids who already discount any cavalry baseline, probably not the best play.
