The Kurultai is absolutely phenomenal in combination with crossbows up against the elephants. Elephants typically look so strong even against crossbowmen, but not when the Kurultai got into play as well. The crossbows were actually able to counter them out quite heavily.
The Keshik are stronger, but they are slower as well, so catching up to Ghazi raiders is not feasible for them.
In theory, Mongols are better in feudal age. They have access to the Keshik, which is better than the Ghazi Raider – it's stronger. But the mass is a problem. The free upgrades are a problem. And the healing from the scholars is an even bigger problem than all of the other factors.
Against light units, the Keshik does great work because of healing. Even against the Ghazi which have extra damage to heavy. The problem is if you overextend with them, the Ghazi speed and surround can be really scary. But in a well-controlled fight, the Keshik always comes out on top.
If you open with Mangudai to snipe villagers on the tree line, be aware that you are susceptible to Ghazi Raiders, which you should expect from Delhi.
Delhi's weak spot is its food. You can starve them right after about 10-12 minutes.
Ghazi Raiders get bonus against heavy units, but against Keshiks that heal, it's kind of a wash.
After Mongols age up, Keshiks become very tanky against Ghazi and elephants.
Mongols can use constant small raids to keep Delhi pinned in their base, buying time to reach Imperial Age.
The Ghazi Raider against Keshik is a match made in hell. The Keshiks are not going to have a great time in that matchup; you pay for a knight-type unit that loses to a horseman.
Mangudai have 1.56 tiles per second, Ghazi Raiders have 1.81. But Mangudai with Deer Stones will outmaneuver them with more movement speed.
You don't want a dark age rush with Mongols against Delhi. They don't need gold for upgrades, so you don't hurt their timing. And if you arrive with spearmen, they'll just pull a Scholar out and heal until the third spearman arrives.
Kurultai buffed trebuchets are a brilliant way to snipe Delhi's War Elephants.
Against Delhi, consider a Deer Stones all-in to block sacred site captures, since Dome of Faith builds leave Delhi weaker against feudal aggression.
