How to beatTughlaq Dynastyas Order of the Dragon

Gilded spearman the best in the game. The raider elephants are going to have their work cut out for themselves.

Virtually all Tughlaq compositions revolve around the raider elephant as a core, which is exactly what Order of the Dragon is excellent at dealing with with the Burgrave Palace.

Even against the raid elephants, it's such high base damage on these gilded crossbows that they deal pretty good damage to the raid elephants as well despite their high ranged armor.

When you're up against these Healer Elephants, because they have so much health and they can easily be pulled back, you don't want to focus them. You want to get to an archer point where you can actually just kill all the other units, and then when there's only Healer Elephants remaining, that's when you can take the fights against them.

One of the big problems with healer elephants is that even if you make spearmen against them, it's quite difficult to get the force surround needed to get maximum value due to pathing. However, OTD spearmen, essentially two in the body of one, have an easier time getting on top and finding the sticking power to deal that massive damage.
