Against Jeanne d'Arc, as Zhu Xi's Legacy, you really want to go for castle age. Without knights, your horsemen can only fight her archers, and body blocking makes it very difficult to take any good engagements.
Jeanne d'Arc has two ranged armor in her melee form, so Zhuge Nu do a bit more damage against her than against a feudal age knight.
When Zhu Xi's Legacy goes Jiangnan Tower for a feudal age play, Jeanne d'Arc loves it. Jeanne d'Arc really wants to get XP up quickly by fighting as much as possible to reach level three, a giant power spike in the feudal age. If she can get it in the middle of feudal age, not close to castle, it's usually the deciding factor in fights.
Killing Jeanne d'Arc early prevents her from supporting her knights against Spearmen in early skirmishes before the mass grows.
For every unit or boat that dies, Jeanne d'Arc gains a lot of experience, especially from expensive units like boats.
With enough Zhuge Nu, you can one-shot Jeanne d'Arc.
